He is survived by: his wife Melba Richie Pickering; his children, Jena Pickering of San Antonio, TX, Joe Curtis of Wisner, LA and Ashley Ferrington (Eric) of Wisner, LA; his siblings, Jimmy Lee Pickering (Sue) of Wisner, LA, Emily Wilson of Wisner, LA and Lori Roberts (Marty) of Wisner, LA; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kristian, Austin Gene, Caitlin, Julia, Carson, Addison, Azlyn, Lane, Logan and Alex. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren plus a host of nieces, nephews, extended family.
