He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Roberts and Myrtis Mason Roberts; his brothers, Lawrence Roberts, Bill Roberts of Jess Roberts, T. G, Lloyd Roberts and Otis Roberts; and his grandson Trey Haring.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Nugent Roberts; his children, Marty Roberts (Lori), Gary Roberts (Cindy) and Tami Haring; and his nephew Larry (Beverly Roberts). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, plus a host of nieces, nephews, extended family.
