She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny "Sonny" Combs; her parents, Virginia Cotton and Jesse Cotton; her siblings, Virginia Alice Reeves, Lula Warren and Monroe Cotton; and her daughters, Nita Suzanne Sullivan and Loretta Cole.
She is survived by: her brother Michael Ray Cotton of Ball, LA; and her daughter Johnnie Combs (Gary) of Alexandria, LA.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 5 nieces, and 5 nephews.
