She was predeceased by: her husband Buddy Bell; her children, Avie Bell, Jr., John Wesley Bell, Jeralyn Willis and Jerri Sue Droddy; her parents, Dalton "D. C." Webb and Lucy Mae Webb; and her siblings, Thomas Webb, Lawrence Webb, Mildred Bates, Louise Dryer, Eva Mae Lambert and Clara Cross.

She is survived by: her children, Zollie Bell of Dallas, Jessie Bell (Caitlin) of Elizabeth, Margaret Eloise Haynes of Vale, Joanna West (Larry) of Sunset and Patsy Ware (Don) of Woodworth; and her siblings, William "Buddy" Webb (Janice), Mary Ann Pendleton and Rita Gulley. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
