Luczak, Loretta Luczak Whitney, Delores Luczak Kocsis, Delphine Luczak DeBernardo, Connie Luczak Lee and Eleanor Luczak Bonnell.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Monk Buchanan and Michael Larry Monk (Sallie Marshall Monk); her son-in-law John Hoopaugh; her grandchildren, Jeremy Lewis (Brianna), Ashley Lewis Kitchen (Kevin), Brittany Buchanan Minton, Ryan Paul Andries, Haley Lowry (Scott), Nicholas Gregg Monk, Levi Marshall Monk (Courtney) and Elizabeth Rose Monk Piper (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Karlee Kitchen, Karson Kitchen, Kash Gene Minton, Charli Catteruccia, Tanner Lee Simek, Abigail Rose Simek, Halli Grace Monk, Luke Matthew Monk, Emma Louise Monk, Evangeline Rose Piper, Stella James Piper and Dolores "Dolly" Ray Piper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
