She was predeceased by: her parents, Camille Ponville and Edna Sellers Ponville; and her siblings, Velta Ponville Bodin and Minos Ponville, Sr. (Frances). She is survived by: her former spouse Adrian "Joe" Hebert; her husband Howard Smith; her daughter Connie Hebert LeBlanc; her granddaughter Adrienne LeBlanc Garber; her great grandchild Anderson Garber; and her nieces and nephews, Cathy Picard, Betty Boudreaux, Bonnie LeBlanc, Minos Jr., Paul, Guy Ponville and Barry Hebert.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to Hospice of Acadiana.
