It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Hebert Greer of Youngsville, Louisiana, born in New Iberia, Louisiana, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Odelon Hebert and Elda Comeaux Hebert; her husband Leonard "Sonny" Greer, Sr.; her siblings, Kenward "Kenny" Hebert (Loyce), Howard Hebert, Martharine Hebert Etie and Oneida; her pet Hebert Baldwin; her stepgrandson Danny Jude Viator II; her parents-in-law, Leonard Duncan Greer and Lena Pennison Greer; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Greer Delcambre Landry.
She is survived by : her sister Juliet "Ju" Hebert Migues; her sister-in-law Delores "Dee" Alvarado; her nephew Leonard "Len" Greer, Jr. (Carol); her nieces, Bridgette Greer (CJ), Brenda Greer Brooks (Mark) and Belinda "Ben" Greer Delahoussaye (Dean); her stepgrandchildren, Simoine Viator, Amanda Jacobs, Kiley and Kasey Delahousssaye; her great grandchildren, Mason and Avery Pesson; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Addyson "Addy" and Riley Viator.
