He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Watson; his daughters, Beth Watson (Greg Meads) and Hilary Watson (Barry Bergeron Jr.); his granddaughter Scarlett Bergeron; his brother Matthew Watson (Kim Watson); and his stepmother Betty Watson. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nephews and aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Chauvin Funeral Home (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1113 LA-55, Montegut, LA 70377). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM.
