She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Busher and Sam Busher; and her brothers, Doug Busher and Danny Busher. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Paternostro (Mike), Roxie Lapara (Nick) and Michael Messa (Courtney); and her siblings, Tim Busher, Julie Sepulvado, Joanne Branch and Ida Mae Busher. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cypress Funeral Home & Crematory (206 W Lafayette St, Maurice, LA 70555).
