He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Roland and Flora Arminda Cunningham Patrick; and his son Ben Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Annette Dugas Patrick of Lafayette, LA; his children, Jeff Patrick (Amanda) of Glasford, Nick Patrick (Erin) of Athens, Dan Patrick of Omaha, Nebraska and Renee Patrick (Kirk Barnes) of Bend, Oregon; his siblings, Roger Patrick (Dee) of Oregon, Dennis Patrick (Star) of California, Barbara Patrick of California and Donna East of California; and his grandchildren, Ryan Patrick, Josh Patrick, Sarah Patrick, Emily Patrick, Owen Patrick and Riley Patrick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Masses be made in Stephen's name.
