She was predeceased by : her husband Ralph Lester Frazier; her daughter Lois Ophelia Frazier; and her great grandchild Maci Taylor Jelks. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Kristina Kitchens (Brad), Ashley Hill (Jeremy), Laura Fernandez (Paul), Buddy Perkins (Tara), Brad Perkins, Felicia Winans (Shane), Derek Perkins (Tiffany), Kim Watkins (Jared) and Jennifer Jelks (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Kullen, Logan, Beaux, Caroline Kitchens, Elliott, Maeson, Brant Hill, Dillon, Tyler Winans, Ethan, Jake, Maddie Fernandez, Mekenzie Lea, Gavin, Lila Perkins, Ben, Watkins, Matthew and Brodie Jelks.

In lieu of flowers the family would like for you to make a donation to St. Jude Children Research Hospital in her memory.
