He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mizell and Lela Mizell; his siblings, Dave, Bill and Nelda; and his daughters, Lela Neff and Lisa Menard.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Graves Mizell; his daughter Kathy Hill; his stepchildren, Cara Buzbee and Jay Buzbee (Deidre); his son-in-law Scott Neff; his grandchildren, Donnie, Matthew Neff, Josh, Rick Lipscomb, Abigail, Emma and Sean Buzbee; his great grandchildren, Valerie and Victoria Neff; and his grandsons, Gregory Neff, Aaron Buzbee, Tommy Harrell, Matthew McLemore, Alan Sandifer, Will Steen Jr. and Greg Stovall.
