She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey E. Gaspard; her daughters, Shelia Gaspard Gay and Terri Gaspard; her parents, John Pierre Pecanty and Cecile Burtie Pecanty; her siblings, John Delhoste Pecante, Laura Bernadine Pecanty, Donald Wayne Pecanty and Freddie Marlin Pecanty; her sister-in-law Gloria Gale Pecanty; and her siblings' children, Trampus Lane Pecanty, Zane Pecanty, Misty Gale Pecanty and John Delbert Pecanty.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Justin Jarreau, D'Wayne Flournoy and Jessica Jarreau; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Emily, Jace, Myiah, Marlin and Libbie.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that was always dear to her and her husband for many years and has become more dear to her over these past few years.
