He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Thomas Lemings and Ruth DeLee Lemings; his daughter Alanda Sue Lemings; his brothers, Willie Ray Lemings and Robert Larry Lemings; his wife Sue Harville Lemings; his son Frank "Jeff" Lemings (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Anthony, Kaitlin Lemings, Matthew, Candace Lemings and Thomas Blake Lemings; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Lemings, Matthew Lemings, Makenna Lemings, Ian Lemings, Rylee Lemings and Brynlee Lemings.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. (4230 High St, Zachary, LA 70791). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to continue the work Frank began for the dyslexia program may be made to Feliciana Lodge #31 (ref: dyslexia program), 4794 Prosperity St, St. Francisville, LA 70775.
