He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Charles McIntosh and Margaret McIntosh; his birth mother Martina; and his brothers, Giovanni and Michael P. McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Faye Floyd McIntosh; his children, Henry McIntosh (Julie) and Tiffany McIntosh; his granddaughter Darby McIntosh Carriere (Nick); his sister-in-law Nettie McIntosh; and his sister Natalina Venditti. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
