He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Butler Courtney and Lucille Brown Courtney. He is survived by: his siblings, Lionel Courtney (Wanda) and Sorena Mack (Reginald); and his children, Ian Courtney (Kisha), Angela McDonald (Bobby), Constable Terrica Wiliams and Orianna Courtney.
