He is survived by: his wife Lynda Harms Howell; his sons, Stephen and Jason Howell; his children-in-law, Suzanne and Maranda; his grandchildren, Mathew and Elizabeth Howell; and his sister Tracy Holland. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 2 great nieces, and 1 great nephew.
