With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Merriman (Zachary, Louisiana), who passed away on September 29, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Merriman; his parents, Ervin Merriman and Ruby Merriman; his brother Charles; and his sister-in-law Becky Davenport.

He is survived by: his wife Naomi McCormack Merriman; his children, Sherri Merriman Champagne (John S. Champagne, Jr.) of Pace, FL and Robert Kenneth Merriman, Jr. (Danielle Merriman) of Princeton, TX.; his grandchildren, Amie Weston, Michael Taylor, John Champagne III, Andrew Merriman, Robert Kenneth Merriman III, Erika Herkert and Angel Fore; his great grandchildren, Lucas Weston, Abigail Weston, Lillian Taylor, Alyssa Taylor, Cade Merriman, Cameron Gearhart, Hunter Gearhart, Blake Weston, Cason Herkert, Vaida Herkert, Leon Merriman, Cooper Merriman and Ellie Herkert; and his brothers, Jimmy Merriman (Carolyn Merriman) of Bartlett, TN and BJ Merriman (Joyce Merriman) of Iowa.
