He is survived by: his children, Natasha Thomas Mart, Saulmon, III (Shonda) and Brent Thomas (Claudette Jones Thomas); his grandchildren, Breanna Thomas, Amiah Thomas, Tianna Thomas, Triniti Thomas, Brent Thomas Jr. and Brendan Thomas; his siblings, Allen Thomas, Bernell Thomas, Robertadine Stevenson, Gail Thomas Hanzy, Brenda Thomas Johnson, Deborah Wright (Wayne) and Rebecca Hite; his aunt Lizzy Thomas Guidry; and his caregiver Daryl Mills (Holly). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
