He is survived by: his wife Hazel Malmay of Zwolle, LA; his son John Lloyd Malmay of Zwolle, LA; and his sisters, Mildred Craig of Zwolle, LA and Lonnie Vera Rowe of Zwolle, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
