She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H MacDonald and Edith MacDonald (Steele); and her siblings, Dorothy Turner, Richard, Gordon, George, Kenneth and Ralph MacDonald.
She is survived by: her niece Marylou Allsopp; her friends, Gail Dobbins, Pamela Frizzell and Michael Diamond; Janice Appleby. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in honor of Barbara to Old Colony Hospice.
