She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Roach and Anna I. Roach (McIsaac); and her sister-in-law Helen. She is survived by: her husband James T. Mulligan, Jr.; her son James Mulligan; her daughter-in-law Brandi Mulligan; her granddaughter Sophie Mulligan of Newport, RI; her daughter Andrea Carlson; her son-in-law Eric Carlson of Boston, MA; her daughter Elaine Mulligan (Kevin Lorgeree); her granddaughter Meghan Hulak (TJ Joseph) of Abington, MA.; and her siblings, Thomas Roach of Quincy, Michael Roach (Francine) of Rockland, Andrea Norton (John) of Quincy, Christopher Roach (Kim) of Weymouth and William Roach of Westwood. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
