He is survived by: his wife Constance Oi-Gim Leong (Chin); his children, Levi Leong, Francis Leong (Manuela) and Janet Petrowicz (Jeff); his grandchildren, Isabella, Maxwell, Vivienne and Nathanael; and his sisters, Claire Pullin of Plymouth, Cecilia Yuen (Arthur) of Burnaby, British Columbia and Perpetua So (K. Y.) of Auckland. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, friends.
