We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2022, Jason Bortle (Acton, Massachusetts) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jason Bortle to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his parents, Jim and JoAnn; his brothers, Jeff and Scott; and his nieces and nephews, Kendall and Noah.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Fenway Health Center, which provided Jason with excellent medical care as a gay man with HIV, or Care Dimensions Hospice House.
