She was predeceased by : her father Edward P. Creed; her son Andrew H. Appleton; and her brother David Creed. She is survived by : her mother Dorothy Creed (Parr); her husband Samuel Appleton of Acton; her children, John Appleton (Ann) of Littleton and Susan Appleton of Harvard; her sister Romey Bertelson of Florida; and her grandchildren, Samuel Appleton, Jennifer Quinn and Kelly Quinn.
