With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan N. (Breton) Regan of Acton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Regan; her parents, Lionel A. Breton and Phyllis R. Breton (Burden); her siblings, David L. Breton and Dorothy J. Vinciguerra (Louis); and her siblings-in-law, Norma Breton (George), Ann Breton (David), Rosemary E. Regan, John M. Regan and Donald Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen (Joseph Carroll) of New London, NH, David (Patricia) of Merrimack, NH, Kevin (Eva) of Westford, Brian (Susan) of Fitchburg and Timothy (Margaret) of Henderson, NV.; her siblings, Colonel George E. Breton of Westminster, CA and June E. Sullivan of Portsmouth, NH; her brother-in-law Louis R. Vinciguerra of Portsmouth; her cousin James C. Breton of Mystic, CT; and her friend Lillian Sheehan of West Acton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
