Simeon Zegrean Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 18, 2026, at the age of 94, Simeon Zegrean of Acton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Simeon had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Simeon may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Susana Zegrean and Simion Zegrean Sr.; and his sister Margareta Naste. He is survived by: his daughters, Simona Petcu and Adina-Verona Ion; his wife Livia Zegrean; his son-in-law Cristian Petcu; and his granddaughter Luciana Petcu.
