He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Martha; his pet Darla; his sister Georgia Winfrey of Boxborough, MA; and his sibling's children, Pamela McBride of Templeton, Wendy Smith of Worcester, Julie Lutz of Ashby and Richard Winfrey Jr. of Indiana. He was also cherished by 13 great nephews and nieces and 3 great-great nephews and niece.

Because of Bill's generous heart, he donated to many charities, especially those supporting children. If you would like to make a donation in his honor, he would be pleased.
