He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jules Blaise and Sally Blaise (Moraux); and his brother Lucien Blaise. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Blaise (Santos); his grandchildren, Alyssa Gallagher, Alexis Gallagher, Erin Gallagher, Emma Gallagher, Justin Blaise, Kevin Blaise and Nicole Blaise; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Alex, Logan, Lincoln, Madelyn, Maeve and William.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations to the National Kidney Foundation.
