She was predeceased by: her parents, John Doherty and Malvina Doherty (Mayotte); and her close friend James Hoellerich. She is survived by: her husband Bruce P. Bennett; her daughters, Susan Rowe (Chuck) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Karen Kruszyna (Mike) of Cheshire and Wendy Bennett (Shaun Duquette) of Adams; her grandchildren, Meredith Jierski (Corey), Amanda Kruszyna and Olivia Sobon; and her great grandchildren, Emma Jierski, Carson Jierski and Ayva Kruszyna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs Church (21 Maple St, Adams, MA 01220). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
