As we bid Caitlin farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Caitlin is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her parents, Melinda Horn (Millis) and David Clark; her son Levi Mann of Adams; and her brothers, Christopher Clark of Adams, Corey Clark (Amy) of Adams and Colby Clark (Kerry) of Hollis, ME. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
