She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald L. Carpenter and Mildred F. Carpenter (Laliberte); and her siblings, Raymond Carpenter and Barbara Carpenter. She is survived by: her husband Robert Bruce Carlow, Sr.; her sons, Robert B. Carlow, Jr. (Dina) of Chesapeake, VA and Michael Carlow of Adams; and her brothers, Ronald Carpenter of Myrte Beach, SC, Richard Carpenter of Pittsfield and James Carpenter. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
