He was predeceased by: his grandmother Donna Collings. He is survived by: his parents, John T. Campbell and Danene M. Collings; his brother Chad Campbell of Clifton Park, NY; and his grandparents, Richard Collings of Adams, John and Pamela Campbell of Cheshire. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donors choice through the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, which is in charge of arrangements.
