He was predeceased by: his sister Caitlin Clark. He is survived by: his stepparents, Peter Horn and Stephanie Clark; his wife Amy Slattery; his children, Ava Clark, Kylie Slattery, Shaun Knysh and Dylan Clark-Slattery; and his brothers, Christopher Clark of Adams and Colby Clark (Kerry) of Hollis, ME. He is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
