He is survived by : his wife Cathy Cullen (Lyesiuk) of Athol; his sons, David Cullen (Dodee) of Turners Falls and Daniel Cullen (Brittany) of Westminster; and his stepchildren, Nick Desreuisseau of Athol and Amy Desreuisseau of Athol. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine siblings; along with extended family.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Witty's Funeral Home (158 S Main St, Orange, MA 01364). The military honors was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery (111 Glenallen St, Winchendon, MA 01475).
