He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kuzia and Genevieve Kuzia (Sieczkowski); and his sister Lorraine Scieszka. He is survived by: his wife Joanne W. Kaczka; his children, Craig E. Kuzia, Sr. (Ann) of Adams, Wayne C. Kuzia, Sr. (Lydia) of North Adams and Cheryl L. Proodian (Doug) of Carlsbad, CA; and his grandchildren, Craig Kuzia, Jr., Lani Kuzia DeBonis (Mark), Wayne Kuzia, Jr., Derek Kuzia and Jaydon Proodian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
