He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bokowski and Victoria Bokowski (Speck); and his siblings, Frank Bak, Joseph Bokowski, Julie Delmolino, Sophie Gaylord and Genevieve Gaylord.

He is survived by: his sister Paula Leonesio (John) of Cheshire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
