She is survived by: her children, John S. Paciorek of Adams, Christina M. Paciorek of West Springfield and Carla M. Thomas of Adams; her grandchildren, Monica and Dylan; and her sister Viola M. Tassone of North Adams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
