He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Dalton and Loretta Dalton (Bissaillon); and his granddaughter Amy Chaves. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Sprague Dalton; his children, Brian Dalton (Margaret) of Largo, FL, Bruce Dalton (Carolee) of Merrimack, NH and Deborah Loomer (Alfred) of Windsor, CT; his grandchildren, Jaenna Babajane (Hassan), Anthony Kent (Jamie), Megan Dalton, Nicole Chaves and Mitchell Dalton; his great grandchildren, Stella and Cyrus Babajane; and his close friend Bernard "Bunk" Bassi.
