He was predeceased by: his mother Diane M. Chalmers (LeSage). He is survived by: his father Robert H. Chalmers, Jr.; and his close friend Meagen Nestle. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paciorek Funeral Home (13 Hoosac St, Adams, MA 01220). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs Church (21 Maple St, Adams, MA 01220).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New York State Stock Car Association, or to any charity of the donor's choice, through the funeral home.
