He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Meczywor and Carol Meczywor (Rys); his grandson Corey Meczywor; and his brothers, David, Edward, Francis, Matthew and John Meczywor.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Utter; his children, Brenda Hamilton (Jamie) of Adams, Sandy Gwozdz of Adams, Mark Meczywor (Katherine) of North Adams and Theodore S. Meczywor, II (Kim) of North Adams; his grandchildren, James Patrick, Joseph, Joshua, Justin, Addisyn, Meghan, Theodore III and Shawn; and his brother Michael Meczywor (Lisa) of Adams. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
