It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa H. Alibozek of Adams, Massachusetts, born in Cheshire, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Theresa may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Alibozek; and her half-siblings, Gail Branch and Joseph Quackenbush. She is survived by: her children, Susan King (Peter) of Cheshire, Joan Kleiner (Craig) of Cheshire, Joseph Alibozek Jr. (Debbie) of Cheshire and John Alibozek (Brenda) of Adams. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Kostka Church (25 Hoosac St, Adams, MA 01220).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to Mt. Greylock Extended Care Facility, 1000 North St. Pittsfield, MA 01201.
