He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Theobald and Emma Theobald (Hubbard); and his sister Patty Aseltine. He is survived by: his wife Abigail R. Theobald (Holes); his children, Cynthia Nolan of Northampton, Douglas Theobald of West Springfield, Kent Theobald of New York and Timothy Theobald of Maine; and his sisters, Judie Theobald of Vermont and Rene Vandergrift of Agawam. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
