He is survived by: his caregiver Christine Biseinere; his children, David (Ashleigh), Michele (Russ) of Chicopee, MA and Susan Mika (Rich) of Jupiter, FL.; his grandchildren, Josie, Leonard, Jacob and Julia; his godson Michael Blanchard (S. Boston); and his caregivers, Yolanda, Vantasia, Ariel, Shirley, Tatiana, Jackie and Dennis. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews.
