In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Harold's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Anthony, Aurore Moitozo, Harold and Evelyn Smith. He is survived by : his son Daegan C. Smith of Groton, CT; and his sisters, Amanda Andersen of Bowie, MD, Jesica Henry of La Vergne, TN and Lisa Malanson of Plymouth. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, stepbrothers and sisters and a great niece and nephew.

The military honors was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001-2572).
