She was predeceased by: her siblings, Francis, Walter, Richard Hansen and Ellen Forish; and her parents-in-law, Joseph and Anna Guidi.
She is survived by: her husband Conrad J. "Pudgy" Phillips; her daughters, Donna (Vincent Valletti), Beth (Mark Ceccarini) and Annie (Lyle Kalesnik); her grandchildren, Nikki (Shawn DiBella), Joseph, Nicholas and Samantha Ceccarini; and her sisters-in-law, Louise Gaito of Ludlow, Betty Phillips of Kansas and Mary Hansen of Russell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
