It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene C. Pigeon of Agawam, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 31, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester George Edgar Stover and Anna Irene Stover (Kacsmar) of Lisbon Falls, Maine.; her husband Andrew Pigeon; her former husband Chester Comee, Jr.; and her grandson Daniel Comee.
She is survived by: her children, Chester A. Comee III (Linda), James J. Comee, Sr. (Nancy), Susan D. Comee, Kelly J. Comee (Glen) and Kathleen A. Wyckoff (Christopher); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Comee (Heather), Aimee Blystone (Danny), Chester Comee IV (Krista), Karen Dimauro (Sam), James Comee, Jr. (Brenna), Rachael Grannells (Jamie), David Comee (Barb), Laura Wheeler (Kevin), Emily Deedy (Ron), Steve Comee (Nina) and Chris Wyckoff; her great grandchildren, Kalli, Emma, Chester, Anna, Justin, Gwen, Michael, Brooke, James, Devon, Lydia, Madison, Ron, Avery, Merryn, Alek, Conner and Austin; her brother Lester Stover (Patricia); her stepdaughters, Carolyn Williams (Scott) and Suzanne Pigeon; her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer and Sam Williams; and her pet George.
