Joan Luongo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Luongo of Agawam, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Joan's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Joan has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Thomas and Dorothy Alice Waski. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Edward Luongo; her daughter Jackie Luongo; her daughter-in-law Rita Luongo; her granddaughter Lauren Luongo of Enfield; her brother Steven Waski of Long Island, NY; and her niece Sandi McLaughlin.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Patrick King Street Cemetery (1558 King St, Enfield, CT 06082).
