He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Constantine Sr. and Rose Alma Constantine (Suprenant); his siblings, Anthony J. Constantine, Jr. and Alice Roy; his brother-in-law Roger; his sister Catherine Touchette; his brother-in-law Henry "Hank"; his brother Hervey Constantine; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra, Donald Rielle, Dolores "Dolly" Constantine and Robert Zwirko.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Constantine (Zwirko); his children, David Constantine (Heather Wyson Constantine), Tracey Constantine (Greg Sears) and Karen Higgins (Gary); his grandchildren, Ashley Higgins (Nick Jouett) and Ian Higgins (Sienna Caron); his siblings, Pauline Roy (Roland), Christina Constantine (Ronald Krzeminski), Manuel Constantine, Beatrice Rielle and Theresa LaBarge (Harvey "George"); and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Zwirko and Linda Biron (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
