He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kwasnik and Marie Kwasnik; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Addie McCormack; his stepchildren, Cristy and Sharon; his children, Kenneth, Lisa, Lori and Kimberly; and his siblings, Ronald, Gary (Janice) and Denise. He is also survived by many grandchildren and several nieces and a nephew.
